Eunoia Tea

To brew the perfect cup of Eunoia Tea, simply add one heaped teaspoon per person of dried leaves and flowers to a cup of hot water and steep for 1-2 minutes. You can adjust the steeping time to your liking, shorter for a milder taste or longer for a stronger brew. 

Eunoia tea is best enjoyed hot and it's the perfect tea to accompany meditation, journaling, introspection and illuminating conversations with good company. Sip with intention.
