By ordering, You grant us the right to add Your contact details to our database and contact You from time to time about Your orders and offers. You can easily be removed by contacting us at info@drinkmesilly.com.au
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of Your order. We will email You confirmation of the receipt of Your purchase order however, Drink Me Silly reserves the right after receipt of Your Order to decline it for any reason or to supply less than the quantity You ordered of any item. Upon cancellation we will contact You using the details provided.
Payment must be made at the time of submitting the Purchase Order and can be made via Visa, Mastercard and Amex only. You warrant that You are an authorised user of the payment method used to complete the order. The Purchase Order must be paid in full immediately upon entry into the Agreement. All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD) so if you are ordering from outside of Australia and your bank account or credit card is held in a different currency, you can still order by credit card but your currency will be automatically converted to Australian Dollars when you complete the transaction. Banks often charge currency conversion fees and conversion rates vary from day to day. Drink Me Silly is not responsible for the final amount charged by your bank. You should contact your bank or credit provider for details.
Pricing
Drink Me Silly prices may change as a result of mistakes on the website or price adjustments. In the event that You are requested to pay additional payments for increased amounts you are entitled to cancel your order. Notification of cancellation must be within seven (7) days of the announcement of the increase.
Customs, Taxes and Duties
Please also note that You are responsible for any custom taxes and duties added to Your package by the destination country. You should ensure You are aware of these prior to ordering. We recommend contacting Your local customs office if you require further information. Drink Me Silly is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
Returns
Drink Me Silly handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. Drink Me Silly is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, therefore we recommend that you return it using registered mail. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full minus original shipping costs. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of Drink Me Silly.
Promotions
Promotional codes are offered for special occasions, during sales and other events. In order to ensure you can take advantage of these offers you must enter the promotional code in the space provided during checkout and use the apply button. This will ensure the value of the promotion is applied to your order immediately. Please note only one promotional code can be used once per customer.
